Welcome to a new segment on the blog called In The Moment Monday! Warning if you are only here for coupons and deals, then feel free to skip these posts…as they will have personal stuff in them ;)
Here are a few things I’m currently doing, into or mad about….
Watching: TeenMom (it’s on tonight!) I’m such a Teen Mom junkie and I’m totally embarrassed by it! I just cannot get enough of these girls, I alternate between wanting to slap the bejesus out of them and relating to some of the struggles that they go through! (P.S. Did any of you catch the retro Real World weekend that happened on MTV this weekend? It was amaze-balls!)
Reading: Oh gawd..this is even more embarrassing…I found a new blog, TeenMomTalk.com…dedicated to gossip about the show TeenMom. I need help..I know!
Trying: To be more organized. With baby #3 due to make an appearance in mere weeks, I’ve really been working on getting my household and work duties on a routine, as well as getting the kids to step up more with their chores. I’d love any suggestions on organization that you might have!
Eating & Drinking: Ben & Jerry’s Red Velvet Ice Cream & Blue Powerade! I only crave 2 things when I’m pregnant, ice cream (which ironically, I also crave when I’m not pregnant) and blue Powerade. I found a decent deal at Target last week on Powerade and have been downing this stuff like crazy.
Annoyed By: People who say they are going to be somewhere at a certain time and fail to call that they are going to be an hour and a half late. Cough *ex-husband* cough! ;)
Listening: Is there a sweeter song than this this Bruno Mars song? I don’t think so! Speaking of music, sometimes in the next week I’m going to be asking for some of your suggestions for a a Push Playlist…you know…music that I can listen to while I’m pushing baby out ;)
Anticipating: As you all know I’m in the final stretch of my pregnancy…less than 4 weeks left. I actually had a round of contractions last Thursday night and it freaked me right out. But I had a doctor’s appt today and I’m only 1 cm dialated..so there will be no Easter baby for me!
Grateful For: I’m grateful for so many things right now it’s hard to pick out one, but I’d have to say that I’m so grateful for Peter, for picking up more of the household duties, for massaging my back and for letting me fall asleep at 8:00 on a Saturday night ;) He’s going to be a great dad!
