This past weekend, I hosted a joint birthday party for Saylor & Baz and wanted to share one of the yummy and nutritious snacks that I served. They were a hit with the kids! The best part is that they are super simple to make!
Luckily, my grocery store was having a B1G1 FREE sale on all the berries, so I scored on those! Essentially, you can take assorted chopped fruit and put it on a skewer to make these delicious and eye-catching snacks. Here are some of the fruits you could use:
Strawberries or Raspberries (Red)
Cantaloupe or Oranges (Orange)
HoneyDew or Grapes (Green)
Purple Grapes ( Violet)
Then chop them all up and put them on skewers in order of the colors of the rainbow! ROYGBIV for the win! :)
